Deferred Loading of Stimuli

Often, it is too time consuming to load all possible images that might be required in an experiment. In these instances, it would be nice to have a mechanism to defer and control loading at runtime.
Need to add the following:
- A "deferred" property to image stimuli
- load/unload image actions
