Drifting grating's alpha_multiplier property has no effect

The drifting grating stimulus's alpha_multiplier
property appears to have no effect on how the stimulus is
displayed. (I assume the intention was to allow users to control
the contrast, as with image stimuli.) Either the plugin should be
modified so the parameter has an effect, or the parameter should be
removed.
