Selecting display 0 in setup_variables.xml always takes over screen
Reported by David Cox | February 4th, 2010 @ 02:16 PM | in 0.4.4
There is no way to not "take over" at least on screen, if a second monitor is connected. Ideally, we'd like to be able to specify that no screen should be taken over, even if a second monitor is available (e.g. for development purposes).

Specifying a negative value for display_to_use in setup_variable.xml now instructs the system to use only a mirror window, even if more than one monitor is available (in cocoa_opengl_10.6 branch commit 6a76e73)
