Mouse input device doesn't hide cursor on single-display setup

Mouse Input Device's cursor-hiding option doesn't work when the
experiment is run full screen on a single-display system. This may
be a limitation of +[NSCursor hide]
, which also
doesn't work when MWServer is not the foreground application. Maybe
CGDisplayHideCursor is a better option?
