BasicTransformStimulus and subclasses don't announce alpha_multiplier value

BasicTransformStimulus and its subclasses don't report the value
of alpha_multiplier in getCurrentAnnounceDrawData, but
they should. Currently, this applies to image file, fixation point,
ellipse, and rectangle stimuli.
