Single action for accepting selections and advancing selection variable

Some experiments that use selection variables could be a bit
simpler if MWorks had a single action that both accepted all
tentative selections and advanced the selection variable in one
shot. This could be an entirely new action type (e.g.
accept_selections_and_advance), or we could add a
parameter to accept_selections that would cause it to
invoke next_selection behind the scenes.
