Replace fresh_build.py with BitBake-based build system
Reported by Christopher Stawarz | April 21st, 2010 @ 01:37 PM
Long term, it may be worthwhile to replace fresh_build.py with a build system for the supporting libs that's based on BitBake. My thinking is that since BitBake is designed for downloading, compiling, and installing third-party software packages, using it would free us from having to keep the sources for third-party libs in our own repository.
On the other hand, this might be more pain than it's worth.

After taking another look at BitBake and deciding that it wasn't going to help us very much, I wrote a new script that downloads and builds MWorks' supporting libraries.
