Client console window sometimes blank when auto-opened on error

This happens when the console window is active in the grouped plugin window, because -[MWGroupedPluginWindowController relinquishCurrentView] isn't called (as it is in -[MWClientInstance showPlugin:]).

The workaround is to close and reopen the console window.
