Client should display name of current state

So users don't have to invent their own systems for tracking experiment progress (e.g. console messages, status variables, etc.)

Probably add a
#announceTaskSystemStatevariable to support this. The value would be the component codec code of the current state.Maybe also add
#announceProtocol. -
