Give more info on displays in server preferences

Currently, MWServer's preferences window gives fairly unhelpful descriptions of the available displays (e.g. "Main display", "Display 2"). It'd be helpful if it provided more info about each display, such as video card used, resolution, refresh rate, etc.

As of this commit, the preferences window displays the OS-provided name for each display.
