Crash in Scarab when a large number of connections are active

#2

Manifests in the Client when there are many servers connected. No obvious pattern to when it happens – seems to occur randomly.

Crash looks like this:

Some changes on the path to 10.6 (removal of garbage collection) may have already resolved this issue. I'm going to leave it active, however, until we have a recent release candidate deployed in a "production" environment for a while.

We haven't seen this intermittent crash in many moons, so I am going to close it for now, assuming the above described fixes have removed the problem. We can reopen/refile if it resurfaces.
