Convert all OpenGL code to Vulkan portable subset
Reported by Christopher Stawarz | March 7th, 2018 @ 09:59 AM
See this announcement.
Assuming we don't want to start using Metal and give up on (potential) portability to non-Apple platforms, this looks like the way forward in terms of graphics API's. Unfortunately, it will require another rewrite of all stimulus-drawing code.

If/when we do this, it means dropping support for all Macs that don't support Metal (most notably, the 2010/2012 Mac Pro).

Going to go with Metal instead, as soon as MWorks requires macOS 10.14 or later.
