Use Boost.Beast for HTTP networking

Currently, the RCBLVDS plugin uses NSURLSession to perform HTTP requests. In the future, it (and any other component that uses HTTP) probably should use Boost.Beast instead, as doing so would make the code more portable.

    I tried to make this change, but Beast is much less helpful and much harder to use than NSURLSession. Not sure this is really worth the trouble.
