FakeMonkey crashes server if juice variable doesn't exist

Setting the "variable" parameter of a FakeMonkeyJuiceChannel instance to a non-existent variable leads to a server crash. We need to do some error checking!

As of this commit, ComponentRegistry::getVariable catches and reports this error.
