Switch to checkout-and-patch method for building Boost

Currently, we use a patched version of Boost hosted on GitHub. However, the requisite patch is actually quite small. Hence, we could save space on GitHub by updating fresh_build.py to check out a copy of Boost from boost.org and apply the patch.

    As of Boost 1.45.0 and Xcode 3.2.5, it's no longer necessary to patch Boost. All of MWorks builds against an unpatched Boost without issue.
