Installer sometimes installs frameworks with incorrect permissions

Only happens on a stock-new system, seems that only /Library/Frameworks/MonkeyWorksCocoa.framework and /Library/Application Support/MonkeyWorks are affected.
Maybe installer version dependent.
sudo chmod -R +rwx the-incorrectly-permissioned-path
Seems to fix the problem

I've never seen this happen with the new installer, so I'm going to assume that the problem no longer exists.
