Setting 'Property' to '' (blank) then to anything else causes the editor to crash.

Click on a Variable object (or folder, or several others) and change the 'Property' of an attribute to '' than press enter. Then, attempt to change the 'Property' again and the editor will crash.

Having oneStepWillChangeValueForKey (in MWXMLNodeAdditions.m) check to make sure key is not Nil seems to fix the problem.
