Show all / show grouped breakage

There seems to be something broken in how MWClient handles switches between "Show All" and "Show Grouped". Here's one reproducible example:
- Start MWClient
- Select "Show All"
- Select "Show Grouped"
- Close the window opened by "Show Grouped"
- Try to select "Show All" or "Show Grouped" again. I find that neither works (although the plugin windows can still be opened individually).

(from [c57a5c99ec6c4ec385ab4fdaa37de7c95ac3c6df]) Reverted fix for "Show All"/"Show Grouped" switching breakage, since it breaks the calibrator window [#20 state:open]
