Choosing save location for data files

Assigned to Tender discussion #4. It would be helpful if you could specify at runtime where you want data files saved, rather than hard-coding MWorks to put them in /Documents/MWorks/Data. This is especially true for systems shared by multiple users.

This is somewhat mitigated by the ability to specify a path inside the data directory.
