Stimulus::drawInUnitSquare takes a StimulusDisplay as an argument, possibly unnecessarily

Reported by David Cox | May 4th, 2010 @ 04:36 PM

Not sure why drawInUnitSquare takes any argument at all (does not appear to be used anywhere). Need to investigate this and simplify ASAP if possible, since this will become a nuisance for stimulus plugin developers if we change it on a subsequent release.

Also not clear why the draw methods, in general, are taking raw pointers instead of shared_ptr's. This may be a hold-over that didn't get updated in the last major refactor.
