Provide nicer interfaces for common USB HID devices

The current USBHID plugin is low level and kind of a pain to use. We should move its guts in to MWorksCore and use that core functionality to create device-specific plugins for gamepads, keyboards, etc.

I think this can be handled well enough with MWEL macros (example).
