update_stimulus_display should give user predicted display update time

Basically, add another parameter that takes a variable name, and
set the variable to the value of
StimulusDisplay::getCurrentOutputTimeUS at the time of
execution. The value would need to be determined inside
StimulusDisplay::updateDisplay, i.e. with the
StimulusDisplay's mutex held.
