autoplay should imply autostop

When configured with autoplay="YES", dynamic stimuli will automatically start playing when queued. However, they won't automatically stop playing when dequeued. It seems like they should.

The technical difficulty here is that stimuli aren't notified when they're queued or dequeued. That should be straightforward to change, though.
