Reconsider how load-time expression errors are handled
Reported by Christopher Stawarz | March 4th, 2014 @ 09:38 AM
Some errors, like divide by zero, may occur only at load time. In this case, it's probably better to issue an error message and continue loading, rather than aborting the load.

It's been a long time since divide-by-zero caused an experiment to fail to load. Also, as of this commit, non-fatal errors and warnings are silenced when evaluating expressions at load time.
