Reorganize Support Folders

Everything in /Library/MonkeyWorks should be moved. The new directory structure should be as follows
Under /Library/Application Support/MonkeyWorks
./Developer/lib
./Developer/include
./Developer/{share/bin/man} (but maybe delete these)
./Developer/tests
./Scripting/Python
./Scripting/Matlab
./Plugins/Core
./Plugins/Client
./Plugins/Editor
Under /Library/Preferences/MonkeyWorks
setup_variables.xml
Under ~/Documents/MWData
• stuff that was in "/Library/MonkeyWorks/DataFiles" should be moved to "~/Documents/MonkeyWorks Data", with that path being a user-settable option in the preferences panel
Under /tmp
• Temporary storage of experiments, currently in "/Library/MonkeyWorks/Experiments/" should be moved to "/tmp/mw_experiments"
