Give plugins useful CFBundleIdentifier values

Currently, all the MWorks apps have good CFBundleIdentifier values (e.g. org.mworks-project.MWClient). However, most of the plugins have default/arbitrary/meaningless values (e.g. com.yourcompany.yourcocoabundle). If only for consistency, these should be replaced with useful identifiers (e.g. org.mworks-project.coreplugins.NE500Plugin).
