Large stimulus display delays with NVIDIA 9400M on external display

#28

Can have very large delays (hundreds of milliseconds at least) when using an NVIDIA 9400M graphics card (Most of the 2009 Apple lineup) on an external monitor. Interestingly, on Macbook Pro's, everything is fine on the main display.

Might have something to do with the OpenGL fence not behaving correctly.

This bug is not apparently present in OS 10.6, or with other GPUs under 10.5. Perhaps a display-driver problem?

As noted in the Tender discussion, the GT120 is more closely related to the 9400M than its naming convention would suggest (GT120 == rebranded 9500GT silicon). Wouldn't be surprised if the problem was related, though we don't really have any proof at this point, and I don't have any systems here in the right configuration to show the problem.

At the very least, we should ensure that the problem does not occur under 10.6 (esp. if we drop 10.5 support). I can verify that I don't see the problem with a 9400M and 10.6.0-3. Does anyone have a GT120 on a 10.6 machine to test?
